Suspension upgrade. Mustang rides 100% better now. Clunking noise gone and the ride is much smoother. I trust these guys completely - very competent and knowledgable technicians who back up their work.

Jim's was able to give me a next day appointment after my maintenance light came on. They did the service in the time frame quoted allowing me to wait. The staff was polite and well organized. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I was born and raised in Sarasota and discovered Jim’s auto repair about 10 years ago. I recently revisited and they are just as honest and fair as they were in the past. What made them really stand out is how they offered to drive me home while I waited for my car - impeccable customer service! I feel lucky to know them. I drive a Mercedes and I trust them. Additionally, the front service woman Emily genuinely loves her job and wants to help and explains everything.

We had an A/C issue on my 2021 Palisade. They did a remarkable job replacing it. We definitely are very pleased and will continue to go back, as they are our permanent mechanics. Thank you Jim’s Auto!

The team at Jim’s Auto repair were wonderful. Ryan and his team were very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. They explained any repair that was necessary and were honest when a repair was not needed. We’re very happy to have a new local mechanic now.
